Cardio/Circuit Training that mixes functional movements and Taekwondo
Ages 16 & up; all fitness levels welcome
These classes will focus on functional movement patterns (squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, rotation, carry), core strength, mobility and a LOT of kicking and punching combinations.
We will use our own bodyweight, resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, jump ropes, battle ropes, sandbags and more.
These classes are coached, programmed, and designed by Instructor Paulo, who holds a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo and has experience in the fitness industry for 10+ years. He specializes in Exercise Science, Strength and Conditioning, Sports Performance, Functional Strength, Corrective Exercise, CrossFit, and Olympic Weightlifting.
