In consideration of my acceptance of registration, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages, injury or illness which I may sustain, or which may accrue to me, against Jeon's Judo Taekwondo, Master Jeon, staff, and class assistants. I further understand that any pictures taken of me in connection with J.J.T may be used for publicity or promotion without compensation. All Fees are non-refundable.
